	List the major types of fixed resistors
	Determine the resistance of a resistor using the colour code
	Determine if a resistor is operating within its power rating
	State how a variable resistor would be used as a potentiometer

	Read carefully pages 86 through 106 of Delmar's Standard Textbook of Electricity making notes as you go.
	When you have completed the unit, use your notes to answer the questions in the Lesson Five quiz.
